The capitale of the Martinique is Fort-de-france . Martinique is an overseas French located in the Caribbean Department .The French overseas Department of Martinique, picturesque volcanic island,is the northernmost Caribbean . Beaches (Sandy black, white, or spray) are surrounded plantations of sugar, Palm trees, banana and pineapple . Christophe Columbus called it "the most beautiful country in the world" and before that it does not name in honour of St Martin, it was called Madinina ("island of flowers")
