Thursday we went to see a film "The Royal Tenenbaums". I am going to do the review of this film.
It is an American comedy-drama film release in 2001. It is last 109 min. It is directed by Wes Anderson, producted by Wes Anderson, Barry Mendel and Scott Rudin. It is written by Wes Anderson and co-written with screen writer and actor Owen Wilson. The film is narrated by Alec Baldwin. The music was do by Mark Mothersbauth. Satrring by: Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Gene Hackman, Anjelica Huston, Luke Wilson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Danny Glover, Bill Murray.
The Tenenbaums are outstanding. Royal (Gene Hackman) and Ethenil's (Anjelica Huston) three children are all geniuses. Chas (Ben Stiller) is a succesful businessman who created his first business when was 10. Richie (Luke Wilson) is a tennis prodigty and Margot (Gwyneth Paltrow), their adoptive daughter, is a famous playwrighter. She wrote her first play when she was 9. But one day, Royal explain to them that he and their mother will soon separate. Ethenil cannot support the selfish nature of her husband. For example, Royal stole Chas's money that he won with his business. The divorce has a bad influence on the children. When they are adult, Richie is no more a sucessful tennisplayer. He had a nervous breakdown during a match after his sister got married to someone else because he is in love of her. Chas' wife die in plane crash and he become depressive and overprotect with his two sons. Margot doesn't write anymore. After many years, Royal want to come back in the family but nobody want to see him. So he lies and says he has got a cancer. But after some day, the family discover his lie. After that, he will do everything to be forgiven and finaly, he will manage to get back his family.
