Synopsis 

Royal and Etheline Tenenbaum have had three extremly gifted kids. Margot, who was adopted, is a talented playwright. Richie is a tennis champion and Chas, a successfull businessman. After Royal and Etheline's separation, Royal went to live in a hotel. Unfortunately, he gets kicked out of the hotel 22 years later and discovers that Etheline might be getting married with her accountant, Henry Sherman, soon. Threfore, he fakes a cancer in order to reconnect with his family. But his children have changed. Margot is now married to Raleigh st Clair, a famous neurologist. She smokes, but nobody knows. Richie quit tennis after a nervous breakdown and lives on a boat. He's secretly in love with Margot. Chas has become overprotective with his sons after his wife died in a plane crash. The Tenenbaums' kids accept to see their dad after all this time, but they find out he's lying...

Strong / Weak Points

I really loved the soundtrack. It features a lot of "old" rock songs. The actors are pretty amazing as well.
